Workshop Requests

There’s no “single solution” to balanced mental health. That’s why The CBT Collective is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of those we work with. You’ll work with a trained mental health professional who can support you with figuring out what might be useful and helpful for achieving your workshop goals.
